2017年6月17-19日，新疆石油工程技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定管理中心委托新疆油聯(lián)組織專家評審組，對公司的企業(yè)資質(zhì)及新組建13隊、16隊、19隊的鉆井資質(zhì)進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場檢查、考核打分，最終，公司申請的企業(yè)甲級資質(zhì)和3支鉆井隊伍乙級資質(zhì)全部通過評審。
新疆油聯(lián)為新疆石油工程技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)聯(lián)合會的簡稱，是經(jīng)新疆自治區(qū)民政廳批準(zhǔn)的社團(tuán)法人組織，目前擁有會員70家，新疆正通公司為會長單位。
石油工程技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)資質(zhì)認(rèn)證管理中心為新疆自治區(qū)經(jīng)信委掛牌認(rèn)定，克拉瑪依經(jīng)信委管理的政府機(jī)構(gòu)。
評審專家組分別就注冊資金、人員素質(zhì)、體系運(yùn)行情況、管理工作、市場業(yè)績等方面對企業(yè)進(jìn)行了評審，就人員、設(shè)備、管理制度、安全環(huán)保、井控管理等方面對鉆井隊進(jìn)行了評審。
下一步，新疆石油工程技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定管理中心將組織專家對評審結(jié)果進(jìn)行復(fù)審，符合要求后，將頒發(fā)石油工程技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)甲級資質(zhì)證書和鉆井隊伍乙級資質(zhì)證書。
